15' Wide - 9/16" Premium Nylon - Putting Green
Kits
One of the
main benefits of our nylon greens, is its all round
performance is unmatched. Whether for strictly putting or putting
along with longer approach shots this is the turf of choice.
This product
can be installed in many different environments, indoor &
outdoor. It is easy to seam and will hide the seam well if
installed properly. This turf has a good UVA resistant factor and
holds up well in all climates. All Nylon & Nylon sand filled
synthetic putting greens have [memory]. The fibers are heat set
during the manufacturing process at 230 degrees and will resist
becoming matted down by springing back to their original upright
position.
Our Nylon
synthetic putting green is much denser than our polypropylene sand filled
putting green. Nylon is also a much stronger fiber than
polypropylene and will resist fading and wear in all weather
conditions. Our 9/16 inch Nylon surface have been specifically
designed as excellent omnidirectional [no grain or ball hop] all
purpose turf. It gives you the best of both worlds, excellent shot
receiving, and superb putting performance with no ball hop. Also,
by adding a small amount of "00" Masonary Sand fill to your putting
green, you can increase the speed of your green to your liking.
[This "00" sand is available at local masonary supply stores or
Home Centers like Home Depot or Lowes.]
Our Premium Nylon is a cross-stitched, nylon putting
surface that perfectly replicates bent grass putting greens. This
is as close as you can get to the real thing. This
nylon is found at premiere golf courses, teaching and training
academies The surface is ideal for instructional purposes, as it
maintains its “true roll” characteristics irrespective of
temperature, climate, time of day or time of year. This consistency
is a welcome tool for any teacher or student of the game. In
addition to instructional settings, this surface is found
in many residential putting greens and retail and entertainment

NOTE: This Nylon turf is the best product made in the USA
for Golf, Soccer, Baseball, Bocce, Croquet, PaddleBall, Car Show
Rooms & Exercise Rooms. Why? I'll tell you:
A. Only national branded Nylon fiber
is used. Most other companies use an unbanded type of Nylon
such as recycled Nylon from Augusta, GA.
B. Our Nylon, when used in high abrasive situations
like golf, will not melt or leave a residue on your clubs like
recycled nylon will.
C. The extra crimp in the Nylon called "Spring-Set"
actually adds about 100% more to the crush-proof factor.
Carefully examine the other Nylons and see how much extra crimp our Nylon

spring. This resists crushing and matting that is common with

Fringe Turf is available for sale in 15' widths
only. When TJB-INC does a local installation, we
prefer to use natural Bluegrass sod or sow grass seed turf
instead of synthetic fringe grass. The natural grass fringe
lend itself to a more natural look for the putting green and can alter
play by changing the mowing height as desired through out the
year.

NOTE: We get a lot of questions
about chipping on to the green surfaces, and
which surface material to purchase. We advise these customers
that size of the green is more important than the style of putting
green surface. All of the surfaces will hold a chip shot, but
not if your green is 12' x 12' and you are chipping from 150 yds
out. To hold a chip shot from 60 yds out, you should have at
least 600 sqft of putting green surface to handle the ball's roll
out (unless you have a perfect back-spin on the ball).
Smaller greens are great for putting practice and Bump &
Runs.

Shipping Policy
- Q.What shipping methods do you
offer?
- A. We use USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, Common Carrier &
Customer Pick-up.
- Depending upon the items ordered and where it is being
ship from, will
- determine the available shipping methods.
TJB-INC ships from
- warehouse locations in CA, CT, IL, GA, & NC.
- Q. What are the shipping
rates?
- A. Shipping rates are very different based on the
weight and size of the product
- you are ordering. You can find out what the shipping rates
will be for you order
- by typing clicking on the orange tab "Determine Shipping
& Sales Tax" on the
- bottom of the shopping cart after you have placed an item
into the shopping cart.
- The listed Real-Time Rate is based upon your "ship to"
address.

- Q. Are there items that require
special handling?
- A. Yes, some items are either too large or too
heavy to ship via UPS or USPS.
- In these cases, we use independent freight trucking
companies to ship these
- products. These products are noted as
Truck Ship
Only and may require
- increased shipping costs for services such as residential
delivery, lift gate on the
- truck, or phone ahead scheduling. Please select the
services you would like in

- Q. When will my package be
delivered?
- A. This depends on the shipping method you
selected. We strive to ship our
- products within 48 hours, however, many products will ship
on the same day
- if placed before 11:00 EST Mon -Fri. Orders being ship
via Common Carrier
- or Truck Freight will take from several days to up to 2
weeks depending upon
- the items ordered, location of shipper, weather, & time
of year. You can
- always use the tracking information we send you that will
better answer
- this question.
- Q. How do I track a
package?
- A. When your order ships, you will receive an
e-mail with a link to the
- tracking or Delivery Confirmation (USPS) information.
You may also sign in to
- your account and select "details" on the order history
screen. Note: USPS
- Parcel
Post shipments can not be tracked other methods. These
are
- shipped with a green & black "Delivery Confirmation" sticker that
will be
- scanned by your USPS Mail person upon delivery.
- Q. My package still hasn’t arrived.
What should I do?
- A. You should track your package to see the
scheduled delivery date. If there
- is a problem with the shipment, please contact the shipper
and provided them
- with the tracking information we sent you. Items sent
USPS are sent with
- Delivery Confirmation only and can only be tracked after
they have been
- scanned by your local USPS mail person. USPS does not
have the same
- tracking capabilities as UPS does. If you still
have problems, then contact us
- and we’ll try help you resolve the issues.
- Q. What if I want
to cancel my order?
- A. Since most orders are processed as quickly as
possible (most with-in
- 24-hrs), it will most likely be in-transist and we
can not
stop delivery. It will be
- your responsibility to refuse the
shipment when it arrives and it will be returned
- to TJB-INC at no additional shipping cost to you.
Once an order is submitted,
- it cannot be changed or altered. Also, when submitted, all
canceled orders will
- be subject a 20% cancellation fee regardless of how long
ago the order was
- submitted. If an order has been shipped (paid postage
label applied to shipping
- box), you will also be responsible for
the charged postage.
- Q. For items with free
shipping, does that include areas outside the
USA?
A. Items offered with "free shipping" apply only
to shipments made within the
- contiguous USA. Free shipping does NOT apply for orders to
Hawaii, Alaska,
- & Canada. Additional shipping will be added to
orders to these areas if
- necessary.
- Q. For orders shipped to Canada, what
about PST, GST, Duty & other taxes?
- A. No. The customer
receiving the order is responcible for all duties and
taxes
- charged by their country.
Return Policy
Upon receipt
of package you must inspect all items for damage. Also during
inspection, make sure you received all the items you ordered and
that everything is correct. If you fail to follow this, we will not
be able to file a claim. For all incorrectly sent items you must
contact us within 30 days from receipt. All Claims must be
filed within 30 days after receiving the item.
Returns
accepted on unused items within 30 days of receipt (when you receive
the product). You MUST
CALL to receive important return information
& get a RA # before returning a product. (If the return
procedure is not followed, your return will be refused as it
arrives and returned to you). There will be a 20% Restocking fee on
return orders.
If you ordered
the wrong sized product and are purchasing a different size of the
same item, then we will waive the 20% charge but you are
responsible for all shipping charges. Exceptions are:
any custom cut material (IE: Liner, Underlayment, and all
synthetic turf).
If item
originally had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping and the
20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit to the
customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to be
processed. Shipping & Freight charges will not be reimbursed. Returns
made without following proper procedures will be charged a $5.00
fee or more for complications. If you return items to
TJB-INC it is your responsibility to provide tracking
and delivery confirmation. TJB-INC is not responsible for lost or
damaged product shipped by the customer to TJB-INC. If
we sent your item in a shipping container or box, please do the
same if you are returning the item. Packages wrapped just in
paper tend to get damaged in transit and will be refused and
returned to you.
The purchaser is responsible for making the correct purchase for
their application. Although our staff is highly trained, many
customers often leave out or forget important information regarding
their application hindering a proper recommendation.

Items that are FREE or included at no charge are NOT
warrantied through TJB-INC. Also if the item fails due to
its non-intended use TJB-INC is not responsible for warranty
for that item. TJB-INC reserves the right to deny any
warranty claims for a no charge, free, or mis-used
item.
