<li>We installed the Cream colored <font color="#800000" size="4"><strong>Ceramic Waffle Bubbler</strong></font> in our Display Gardens (<font color="#0000ff">see picture below</font>). It has been well received by visitors to our gardens. We have since sold these units and installed them in the middle of patios, along side of decks, and to add the sounds of water to quiet areas.</li>
<li>The pots are well made kiln-fired ceramic and on the heavy side to lift. We found them to be very sturdy and much better than other pots that we have tried. The pot's color is a baked on porclen finish that is glassy smooth to the touch so that the water rolls down over the surface texture very nicely. </li>
<li>There is a pre-drilled/formed hole in the bottom of the pot that the bulkhead fitting, which comes with the Ceramic Bubbler Kit (sold separately below), is in installed through. This allows a water tight connection between the hose from the pump kit to the Ceramic Bubbler pipe which is connected into the same bulkhead connection. The white PVC pipe in the Ceramic Bubbler Kit helps to create the little rise in the water in the center of the pot. Because the water column drops down upon its self, the water appears to "dance" causing a rippling effect over the edges of the pot. This rippling, is what creates the soothing rain-like sounds as the water flows over the ceramic pots textured surface.</li>

<li><strong>Standard Truck Shipment (STS)</strong> = (<em>No additional charges</em>) Delivery to a commercial address <u>with a loading dock</u> or a local truck depot.</li>
<li><strong>STS + Residential Address</strong> = (<em>Adds <strong>$40.00</strong> to shipping</em>) Delivery to a residential address or a commercial address <u>without a loading dock</u>. <u>NOTE:</u><em> The truck driver will only move your order to the back end of the delivery truck. You must have some means in which to unload your order from the back edge of the delivery truck. A fork lift, strong helpers, or a tractor with lift-forks.</em></li>
<li><strong>STS + Residential + Lift Gate</strong> = (<em>Adds <strong>$80.00</strong> to shipping</em>) Delivery to a residential address + lift gate service which will bring your pallet down to ground level for unloading. <u>NOTE:</u> <em>You are responsible for removing your order from the now lowered lift gate. Sometimes you can push the pallet on to the grass or pavement depending upon the weight of the order. You can unpack the pallet and remove individual items from the lift gate which do not weigh as much. No advance notice of time of delivery is provided by the trucking company. <strong>TJB-INC</strong> will provide you with the tracking info so you can call the shipping company to see when your order will be delivered. This is a great option for stay at home customers.</em></li>
<li><strong>STS + Residential + Lift Gate + Call Ahead</strong> = (<em>Adds <strong>$120.00</strong> to shipping</em>) This option is the same as #3 except the trucking company will <u>call you</u> to arrange an appointment to make the delivery. <u>NOTE:</u> <em>If you do not choose this option and the shipping company attemps the delivery and no-one is home to unload and sign for the delivery, then they may charge you a re-deliver fee. If you change the delivery type with the shipping company, they may back-charge <strong>TJB-INC</strong> for the additional service(s) for which we will tack onto your order total.</em></li>

<p>These shipping charges are set by the shipping companies and <strong>TJB-INC</strong> has <u>no</u> control over them. To <u>help you save money</u>, <strong>TJB-INC</strong> offers this tip: Every area of the country has a regional/local truck depot. If you call yours and have your delivery shipped to the truck depot instead of your house, you can choose option #1 the <strong>STS </strong>and<strong> <u>save money</u></strong>. The truck depot will accept, unload, store your order, call you to let you know it has arrived, and you come and pick it up in your own vehicle. <u>NOTE</u>: <em>There may be a charge from the truck depot for this service but it will be much less than our shipping company charges to come to your house.
