DO NOT
LET FIRE CATCH YOU OFF GUARD &
UNPREPARED!
By installing a RainXchange water storage system & also installing sprinklers on your
rooftops, as fire approches your house, use the stored water to
irrigate your roof and help prevent the flying embers from igniting
your roof. Excess water drains down the roof into your
gutters which are plumbed back into your RainXchange storage providing extended protection time for your
structure. The simple act of keeping your roof wet can help
protect your family & possessions from catastrophic loss.
This system allows you & your family to move to safety as it
protects your homestead.

*** ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
***
For items
that need to be truck shipped, we offer several delivery
options.
-
Standard
Truck Shipment (STS) = (No additional charges) Delivery to
a commercial address with a loading dock or a local truck
depot.
-
STS +
Residential Address = (Adds $50.00 to shipping) Delivery
to a residential address or a commercial address without a loading
dock. NOTE: The truck driver will only move your order to the
back end of the delivery truck. You must have some means in
which to unload your order from the back edge of the delivery
truck. A fork lift, strong helpers, or a tractor with
lift-forks.
-
STS +
Residential + Lift Gate = (Adds $100.00 to
shipping) Delivery to a residential address + lift gate
service which will bring your pallet down to ground level for
unloading. NOTE: You are responsible for removing your order from the now
lowered lift gate. Sometimes you can push the pallet on to
the grass or pavement depending upon the weight of the order.
You can unpack the pallet and remove individual items from the lift
gate which do not weigh as much. No advance notice of time of
delivery is provided by the trucking company.
TJB-INC will provide you with the tracking info so you
can call the shipping company to see when your order will be
delivered. This is a great option for stay at home
customers.
-
STS +
Residential + Lift Gate + Call Ahead = (Adds $150.00 to
shipping) This option is the same as #3 except the
trucking company will call you to arrange an appointment to make the
delivery. NOTE: If you do not choose this option and the shipping company
attemps the delivery and no-one is home to unload and sign for the
delivery, then they may charge you a re-deliver fee. If you
change the delivery type with the shipping company, they may
back-charge TJB-INC for the additional service(s) for which we
will tack onto your order total.
These shipping
charges are set by the shipping companies and TJB-INC has
no control
over them. To help you save money, TJB-INC offers this
tip: Every area of the country has a regional/local truck
depot. If you call yours and have your delivery shipped to
the truck depot instead of your house, you can choose option #1 the
STS and save money. The truck depot will
accept, unload, store your order, call you to
let you know it has arrived, and you come and pick it up
in your own vehicle. NOTE: There may be a charge from the truck depot for
this service but it will be much less than our shipping company
charges to come to your house. The local depot may also offer
local delivery from their depot to your home for a reduced cost, so
please ask about it.
