Sludge Cleaner Bubble Tabs
Aquascape
Sludge Cleaner Bubble Tabs contain over 500 million
concentrated heterotrophic bacteria, including fast-acting enzymes
and humic acid that can often help soften pond water. This
combination of natural cleaners helps to keep pond bottoms and
filters clean and clear resulting in less pond maintenance. Because
ornamental water gardens are enclosed ecosystems, sometimes factors
like fish load, uneaten fish food, organics such as leaves, sludge
and unwanted debris may disrupt the balance. Aquascape Sludge Cleaner Bubble

What’s in the
products?
Heterotrophic Bacteria
Heterotrophic bacteria are
responsible for the reduction and decomposition of organics
including pond sludge. Heterotrophic strains of bacteria are easy
to source and found in many products currently on the market for
various purposes including waste water treatment.
Instructions for
use:
How Much: One Tab
treats up 100 gallons of pond water. If your pond or container
water garden is less than 100 gallons one full tab can be used
safely.
How Often: For new
ponds, treat two times weekly for the first two weeks. For mature
ponds, treat weekly.
How To: Simply
toss the Bubble Tabs into the area in the pond with the most
circulation or directly into problem areas.
Please Note:
Water temperature should
be a minimum of 60F or 15C. This product is very powerful and will
quickly go to work consuming sludge. We recommend a higher water
temperature to insure that biological filter systems will be
functioning and able to handle the extra bio load.

How it works: Accumulation of nitrogen is one of
the most critical problems of a re-circulating "water re-use"
system. Nitrogen in the system, commonly referred to as Total
Ammonia-Nitrogen (TAN), is a by-product of protein metabolism. TAN
is excreted from the gills of fish as they digest food and is
produced when bacteria decomposes organic waste solids within the
system. When the water in a system has a pH of about 7.0, the
system is stable and the majority of TAN is ionized and does not
adversely affect the system. But when a system has a pH of about
9.0, up to 30 percent of TAN may not be ionized and levels of
ammonia-nitrogen can become extremely toxic to
fish.
Nitrite-nitrogen results from
the oxidation of ammonia-nitrogen. When nitrifying bacteria
(nitrosomonas) consume ammonia-nitrogen for energy, they produce
nitrite-nitrogen as a by-product. Nitrite-nitrogen then binds with
hemoglobin to form methemoglobin, which is not capable of binding
and transporting oxygen. This ultimately suffocates the fish. In
most cases re-circulating systems with mature nitrifying bacteria
colonies should maintain nitrite-nitrogen concentrations below 1
mg/l. Fortunately, nitrobacter bacteria, also present within the
system, use nitrite-nitrogen for energy and produce a much less
harmful nitrate-nitrogen
by-product.
Nitrifying bacteria are the
foundation of biological filtration and safely grow on all surfaces
of the aquatic environment, including substrate, plumbing and the
walls of the tank.

Shipping Policy
- Q.What shipping methods do you
offer?
- A. We use USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, Common Carrier &
Customer Pick-up.
- Depending upon the items ordered and where it is being
ship from, will
- determine the available shipping methods.
TJB-INC ships from
- warehouse locations in CA, CT, IL, GA, & NC.
- Q. What are the shipping
rates?
- A. Shipping rates are very different based on the
weight and size of the product
- you are ordering. You can find out what the shipping rates
will be for you order
- by typing clicking on the orange tab "Determine Shipping
& Sales Tax" on the
- bottom of the shopping cart after you have placed an item
into the shopping cart.
- The listed Real-Time Rate is based upon your "ship to"
address.

special handling?
- A. Yes, some items are either too large or too
heavy to ship via UPS or USPS.
- In these cases, we use independent freight trucking
companies to ship these
- products. These products are noted as
Truck Ship
Only and may require
- increased shipping costs for services such as residential
delivery, lift gate on the
- truck, or phone ahead scheduling. Please select the
services you would like in

- Q. When will my package be
delivered?
- A. This depends on the shipping method you
selected. We strive to ship our
- products within 48 hours, however, many products will ship
on the same day
- if placed before 11:00 EST Mon -Fri. Orders being ship
via Common Carrier
- or Truck Freight will take from several days to up to 2
weeks depending upon
- the items ordered, location of shipper, weather, & time
of year. You can
- always use the tracking information we send you that will
better answer

- Q. How do I track a
package?
- A. When your order ships, you will receive an
e-mail with a link to the
- tracking or Delivery Confirmation (USPS) information.
You may also sign in to
- your account and select "details" on the order history
screen. Note: USPS
- Parcel
Post shipments can not be tracked other methods. These
are
- shipped with a green & black "Delivery Confirmation" sticker that
will be
- scanned by your USPS Mail person upon delivery.
- Q. My package still hasn’t arrived.
What should I do?
- A. You should track your package to see the
scheduled delivery date. If there
- is a problem with the shipment, please contact the shipper
and provided them
- with the tracking information we sent you. Items sent
USPS are sent with
- Delivery Confirmation only and can only be tracked after
they have been
- scanned by your local USPS mail person. USPS does not
have the same
- tracking capabilities as UPS does. If you still
have problems, then contact us
- and we’ll try help you resolve the issues.
- Q. What if I want
to cancel my order?
- A. Since most orders are processed as quickly as
possible (most with-in
- 24-hrs), it will most likely be in-transist and we
can not
stop delivery. It will be
- your responsibility to refuse the
shipment when it arrives and it will be returned
- to TJB-INC at no additional shipping cost to you.
Once an order is submitted,
- it cannot be changed or altered. Also, when submitted, all
canceled orders will
- be subject a 20% cancellation fee regardless of how long
ago the order was
- submitted. If an order has been shipped (paid postage
label applied to shipping
- box), you will also be responsible for
the charged postage.
- Q. For items with free
shipping, does that include areas outside the
USA?
A. Items offered with "free shipping" apply only
to shipments made within the
- contiguous USA. Free shipping does NOT apply for orders to
Hawaii, Alaska,
- & Canada. Additional shipping will be added to
orders to these areas if
- necessary.
- Q. For orders shipped to Canada, what
about PST, GST, Duty & other taxes?
- A. No. The customer
receiving the order is responcible for all duties and
taxes
- charged by their country.
Return Policy
Upon receipt
of package you must inspect all items for damage. Also during
inspection, make sure you received all the items you ordered and
that everything is correct. If you fail to follow this, we will not
be able to file a claim. For all incorrectly sent items you must
contact us within 30 days from receipt. All Claims must be
filed within 30 days after receiving the item.
Returns
accepted on unused items within 30 days of receipt (when you receive
the product). You MUST
CALL to receive important return information
& get a RA # before returning a product. (If the return
procedure is not followed, your return will be refused as it
arrives and returned to you). There will be a 20% Restocking fee on
return orders.
If you ordered
the wrong sized product and are purchasing a different size of the
same item, then we will waive the 20% charge but you are
responsible for all shipping charges. Exceptions are:
any custom cut material (IE: Liner, Underlayment, and all
synthetic turf).
If item
originally had free shipping, the actual cost of shipping and the
20% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit to the
customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to be
processed. Shipping & Freight charges will not be reimbursed. Returns
made without following proper procedures will be charged a $5.00
fee or more for complications. If you return items to
TJB-INC it is your responsibility to provide tracking
and delivery confirmation. TJB-INC is not responsible for lost or
damaged product shipped by the customer to TJB-INC. If
we sent your item in a shipping container or box, please do the
same if you are returning the item. Packages wrapped just in
paper tend to get damaged in transit and will be refused and
returned to you.
The purchaser is responsible for making the correct purchase for
their application. Although our staff is highly trained, many
customers often leave out or forget important information regarding
their application hindering a proper recommendation.

Items that are FREE or included at no charge are NOT
warrantied through TJB-INC. Also if the item fails due to
its non-intended use TJB-INC is not responsible for warranty
for that item. TJB-INC reserves the right to deny any
warranty claims for a no charge, free, or mis-used
item.
