6/10/2012 – I need flags numbered 1 thru 9. is this possible. I also will be ordering nine 4" cups.
Thanks
Response From TJB-INC: Hi Bill,
We only have 1-9 in Red flags with White #'s and White flags with red #'s. I can order any other color but it will be a week or so lead time.
To place your order, choose one of the markers that has flags with #'s so the pricing is correct. When you check out, there is an area for you to add comments. In the comment section, leave a note describing the actual flag color you want and I will make sure the order is correct. ... TED

3/1/2009 – I am having trouble getting the knob off the top of my marker to put on the replacement flag. I have actually broken off the knob while trying to remove it. Is there a trick to this?
Thanks for your help
Cathy
Response From TJB-INC: If the weather has made the threads too tight for the knob to come off by hand, try the following trick.
Thank you for your question. Turn the marker upside down. Put a few drops of penetrating oil or W-40 at the base of the treads. Allow a little time for the lubricant to work it's way down into the threads. Wipe off any spilled oil and try to turn the knob off. It should come off easier now.
