10/2/2018 – Is there anyway to install this without a wet/dry vacuum?
Response From TJB-INC: Yes. You get in the pond and install the base so the top is at least 1" under water. Then you submerse the globe underwater to get rid of the air and fill it with water. Turn the globe so the opening is facing down. Lift the the globe (which will now be heavy) making sure that the opening stays underwater the entire time. Place the globe on top of the base. Success!
6/21/2018 – We love having the sphere in our pond, but the water level in it keeps dropping. Is this because we don't have it deep enough in the water? It held the water for the first day and a half but since then we have to take the vacuum to it to remove air each day.
Response From TJB-INC: The bottom of the sphere should be at least 1" below the water line in order to hold the water in the sphere.
5/24/2018 – I purchased my sphere years ago but don’t know the size is it measured by putting tape measure straight down in the hole. I was hoping to buy a 18 inch but believe this one is the biggest. It’s 18 inches putting the tape measure straight down in the hole
Response From TJB-INC: Then you have an 18 inch sphere.
4/25/2017 – Can you fill it to the top with no air space?
Response From TJB-INC: Yes. Air space or no air space. It is up to you.

4/24/2017 – How can you put bubbles in the sphere? When I put the bubbler at the bottom the bubbles look nice but the water empties out
Response From TJB-INC: If you add air (bubbles) to the sphere, then the air will displace the water. Do not make a hole at the top of the sphere to let the air out. If you do, it will never hold water again!
12/20/2016 – At what temperature should the sphere be removed from the pond? I live in the south and don't know if it is necessary to take it out.
Response From TJB-INC: Only if it is going to freeze.
11/7/2015 – What prevents the stand from floating/moving?
Response From TJB-INC: The weight of the water in the bowl above the level of the pond.
7/26/2015 – Hello how much for shipping 12" sphere kit to Republic of Ireland
Response From TJB-INC: I will need an exact address but my guess is it will cost well over $100 USD.
4/21/2015 – You said after the fish realize where the food is we need to fill completely with water so they don't come up for air? How to you get the bowl to completely fill with no air bubble at the top. Also would an umbrella or a plant for shade be good to avoid hot spots? Thanks, dharon
Response From TJB-INC: You can vacuum out the air in the top or what I do is to get into the pond and turn the sphere upside down under water to remove all air. Then I slowly turn it (under water) so the hole is on the bottom. Then I lift the sphere being careful not to rise above the water surface and place the sphere on top of the mount.
