5/13/2014 – We have 4 swans in our pond and when it gets a little windy one or two of them turn over. If you have any suggestion on how to prevent this we would appiate any suggestions.
Thank you
Response From TJB-INC: If the swans free float them heavy winds can tip them over. To make them more wind proof, you will need to anchor weight from 2 anchor point under the swan.
4/6/2014 – How do you rig them so the wind will not blow them over. We have two old decoys, and they seem to work, but as they got older, the attachments are worn off and we only have them attached in the rear. The first good wind blows them over. I want to buy two more and maybe use the old swans on the shore at the other end of the pond.
Response From TJB-INC: If you gt really high winds, the sway decoys can tip unless they are anchored in the front and back. You can rig a "Y" setup that connects to the front & rear to a single anchor line.
2/18/2013 – Do you only use a pair of the swan decoys or can you use more??
Response From TJB-INC: I use two in my 1/2 acre pond. In larger ponds or lakes, customers have used more and had great success. Swans are best if used as pairs mimicking what they do in nature.
8/22/2012 – Do you have the one with the long crooked neck that appears to be eating something off of or out of the water?
Response From TJB-INC: You are in luck. They are the one in the same. The neck and head can rotate so the decoy and have several different configurations.
8/3/2012 – Is there a return policy on these decoy swans?
Response From TJB-INC: If they are in new, unused condition, we will accept the return. There is a 20% restock/reboxing fee that will be deducted from the refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
3/16/2012 – Now that the neighbors dog has passed away, the geese are beginning to come onto the lawn from the lake. This spring geese and swans have been flocking together in the water so how can I expect this decoy to scare them away?
Response From TJB-INC: That is a good question. They normally do not like each other. If you call me @ 203-287-0636 I can explain several other options for you.

5/19/2010 – will these be effective in stopping the geese from fouling our lakefront property or just small areas like ponds.
are they actual adult size?
thanks
John S
Response From TJB-INC: That is a tough question to answer. As a general rule, swans and Canada Geese do not swim together. So by adding a "swan" or two to the area around your waterfront, they should move the geese to another location. You can also try the Coyote if they come up on to your lawn area.
The swans and coyote decoys are full adult size.
10/31/2009 – can these be left in the lake in the winter? The lake does freeze over.
Thanks
Response From TJB-INC: I left mine in one season, but the kids playing hockey on the ice used it as a target and destroyed it. Now I take the replacement in each year. You should be ok if you wanted to leave yours in all year round.
