Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (except on Federal Holidays) from our warehouse in Hamden, Connecticut.
Orders received by 11 am usually ship out the same day (except Monday if the weekend was busy with orders).
With the various sizes and weights of different items that we sell, the shipping carrier options will vary from USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. If available, different shipping speeds will be available for you to choose based upon need and cost.
For all orders shipped, we will send you (by email) the carrier and the tracking # of your shipment(s).
LTL Freight Shipments require a day or two to arrange pick-up and shipping logistics.
